Edu Planners Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Edu Planners you agree to the following:
Returns
Edu Planners does not accept 'change of mind' orders however if your item arrives faulty, we will gladly give you a refund or a replacement. It is in our best interest for the customer to be absolutely satisfied with their item/s.
Sale items
All sale items are non exchangeable or refundable unless the item has a manufacturers fault.
Faulty Items
Your orders are carefully packed, however in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, you will happily be provided with a full refund or replacement provided the following is met;
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof via email to info@eduplanners.com.au
- Your claim has been reviewed and approved
Please note: Once your refund has been approved, a notification will be sent to you (it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account).
