Damages and issues

We offer returns only in the rare case that an item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

You have 30 days from receiving your item to contact us regarding an eligible return.

Returns must be sent to the sender’s address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or for change of mind.

Refunds

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalise the transaction.
